As part of our global action to measure and reduce our emissions, our company is committed to the forests alongside Reforest'Action by supporting projects to restore forest ecosystems. We chose to work with Reforest'Action because they focus on both preserving, restoring, and creating forests.
We will plant 21.000 trees in The United Kingdom spread over four projects:
Lake district Lowther : 9000 trees
Stansted Forest : 6275 trees
Leckhampstead : 3353 trees
Appleton : 2372 trees*
*The Appleton project is a very new initiative and will be added to the website very soon.
With this initiative we aimed to not only plant trees, but also to preserve and maintain an ecosystem and biodiversity where diseases, storms or other disasters have damaged our forests. With Reforest'Action, we had the opportunity to bring our KEVIN.MURPHY team on the field in STANSTED FOREST with the foresters and people behind the project in. This experience reinforced how important it is for brands and organisations to be ‘walking the talk’ when it comes to their commitments to the environment.

In partnership with Reforest'Action, KEVIN.MURPHY has committed to planting 21,000 trees in four different forests in the United Kingdom over the next three years. The objective is to support the natural regeneration present in these foundation-managed forests, which has suffered from storms, diseases and pests. Our purpose behind the initiative is to provide a sustainable and concrete response to the climate emergency and the loss of biodiversity in the area.
