Résumé du projet
Having been clear-cut by its previous owner, this Corrèze forest was left bare. As a result, the land was impoverished to the point where it no longer had any economic or environmental value, hence the decision to reforest it. Today, 4,100 trees have been planted. Composed of a variety of tree species, it will be more resistant to external hazards linked to climate change. This diversification will help recreate a forest atmosphere on the land, while promoting the development of biodiversity. In addition, the trees planted will store carbon, helping to combat climate change. Ultimately, they will also contribute to the sustainable production of lumber to supply the region's sawmills, making this reforestation a local and social project.
